Cravings... Guava and Cheese Pastry

I've been craving so many different things lately.
It's crazy that I am NOT craving chocolate, I used to be a chocoholic. LOL
Today I was craving a pastry filled with guava and white cheese. I baked very quick and turned out delicious!!!

Happy Birthday to my daughter

She just turned 11 and for the 1st time I baked her a cake and did all the food. I normally just order a pretty cake somewhere else.
But she asked for my chocolate cake filled with chocolate and strawberries and the theme was "Tropical Paradise".
The cake turned out delicious and there was nothing left!!!
